    Jamal…if you question whether or not Lux could out perform his last performance…just go look at his taped battles. He progressed in every single one of them. His lyrical ability alone (meaning no caskets, etc) would BODY Cortez. Add that to his stage presence, and energy…who is seeing this man in a battle? Perhaps 2 or 3 (Mook, Hollow, and even Hoffa)…and even the three of them would lose to Lux. Understand this- There isn’t a battler in Smack/URL, Grindtime, KOTD, AHAT, Pits, Street Status, UW, WeGoHard, or Stash House that could see Lux right now. Proof is in the footage!

      I understand what your saying..its all subjective though, which basically means its your opinion. I also think Lux is the best but just because we think so dont mean he will beat everyone..anyone can lose on any given day…That being said when I said its gonna be hard to top his last performance its because of the totality of what that battle did…First thing it was his comeback so that hype was there..people didnt know what to expect…Now that he has shown what hes NOW capable of the pressure to match of exceed that is seen is even higher..Now the theatrics behind it..bringing out the casket etc..Then he rapped the whole battle without using gun bars…He had personals given to him by calicoe with the picture..then the choke and the comeback…the slogan was also born from this battle…not to mention this battle was a game changer..What Lux did was equivalent to hitting a game winning half court shot in game 7 of the nba finals down 2…how to you move up from winning the championship in dramatic and exciting fashion..the challenge for him to make it a better battle isnt lyrical because we all know lux can match what he did lyrical..its everything else surrounding this battle..i dont think that can be replicated..so like i said it will be hard to do something that meaningful again
